Could you do me a favour and try to create a photo gallery, either a public or private gallery.
On the menu under your name on the left sidebar there is a menu item "Create Content",. Choose one of the options (Private Gallery or Public Gallery) to create the gallery.
The next screen will allow you to name the gallery, upload photos and add a caption for the photo. Once you have uploaded the photos save the gallery and the system will automatically format then for display.
I noticed a problem with posting pictures and have corrected the issue. When you upload the pictures there is now a button that will allow you to insert the picture into the forum text box. The picture will automatically be resized to fit in the forum display.
